At the first event we heard from the Hon David Pisoni MP, Minister for Innovation and Skills, heard from DIS about new government initiatives to support your business, and training provider organisations on how they have adapted to address the challenges in our current environment.

The second update featured interviews with Child Care Services Training, MADEC and Interskills on work placements, VET Readiness Orientation trials and moving to an online learning model. We also heard from the Hon David Pisoni MP, Minister for Innovation and Skills and from the department on new initiatives in VET Commissioning, JobTrainer and the latest building capability offerings.

Build your RTO’s capability
Applications are now open for eligible vocational education and training providers to apply for Building Capability Projects.
You can apply for up to $50,000 for innovation, development and/or research projects that assist in building capability and capacity, share learnings with the VET sector and collaborate closely with industry partners.
